PURPOSE:A composition having improved heat resistance and impact resistance, obtained by blending a graft copolymer prepared by polymerizing styrene, etc. in the presence of enlarged rubber latex with a thermoplastic resin in such a way that amounts of butadiene rubber and alpha-methylstyrene are specific amounts. CONSTITUTION:(A) A graft copolymer obtained by polymerizing 93-30pts.wt. styrene, etc. in the presence of 7-70pts.wt. enlarged rubber latex having 0.2mu particle diameter prepared by adding 0.1-5pts.wt. latex consisting of 3-30pts. wt. acid group-containing monomer and 97-35wt% alkyl acrylate having 1-12C alkyl to 100pts.wt. rubber latex having >=7pH and small particle diameter consisting of 100-50wt% 1,3-butadiene is blended with (B) a thermoplastic resin in such a way that an amount of the butadiene rubber in the component A is 3- 40wt% and an amount of the alpha-methylstyrene is 10-75wt%.
