Sheet-piling insertion system in ground - guides sections with drill inserted loosening earth below for flushing out with water

The system inserts the piling sections to form a deep foundation, the sections forming a free internal space. A drill (21,22) is inserted in the prepared sections (5) and brought with them to the insertion point, where they are guided by jaws in a vertical or oblique direction as they are driven into the ground. The drill, with cutters (21,25) below the bottom piling edge, is rotated so as to loosen the earth and break up any stones. The loosened material is flushed out with water via the piling top edge, after which the drill is extracted. USE/ADVANTAGE - Low noise level and absence of vibration, while removing obstructions and avoiding damage to bottom edge of piling.
