PURPOSE:To reliably seal up a high-pressure fluid by forming a large circular diameter of a fluid chamber on the side of one end portion on coupling inner cylinder side and sealing fluid material in the fluid chamber. CONSTITUTION:One end coupling portion 5 of a rotary tube 1 is formed in such a manner as to taper to a point and one end coupling portion 6 of a fixed tube 3 is tapered in such a manner as to widen toward the end. A proper quantity of fluid material 8 is accomodated in the interior of a fluid chamber 7 between the outer peripheral surface of one end coupling portion 6 of the fixed tube 3 and the inner peripheral surface of one end coupling portion 5 of the rotary tube 1. An O-ring 9 is pressed from the indoor side by a component force P1 of centrifugal force generated in the fluid material 8 by rotation of the rotary tube 1. |
