PURPOSE:To reduce the eccentricity of a optical information recording medium formed of two transparent substrates, to prevent the occurrence of a flaw and adhesion of dust on one surface of two substrates which is not covered by a recording layer, and further, to prevent the damage of a transparent substrate due to falling down of the optical information recording medium. CONSTITUTION:A cylindrical part 111 and a projected part 112 projected to outside of one side of the cylindrical part are formed, and a cylindrical part 131 and a projected part 132 projected to inside on one side of the cylindrical part 131 are formed. A transparent substrate 1 is fixed to an eccentric holding tool and the first outside cover 13 by bonding agent 12, 14 in the cylindrical part of the eccentric holding tool 11 with a recording layer 3 facing inside. Further, an annular inside spacer 15 and the eccentric holding tool 11 are bonded by bonding agent 16, and the transparent substrate 1, an annular outside spacer 17 and the first outside cover 13 are fixed by bonding agent 18. Further, a recording layer 4 is inserted, and the transparent substrate 2 and eccentric holding tool 11 and an annular inside spacer 15 are bonded respectively. |
