PURPOSE:An elastomer having improved flexibility, extremely improved hydrophilic nature and mechanical strength, comprising a specific polyamide unit and a polyether ester unit. CONSTITUTION:(A) 10-80wt% polyamide unit obtained from aliphatic omega-amino acid having 3-11 methylene groups and/or omega-lactam (components a), a combination of aliphatic dicarboxylic acid having 2-8 methylene groups (component b) and diamine containing piperazine or piperidine ring (component c1), and/or a combination of a dicarboxylic acid containing piperidine or pierazing ring (component c2) and an aliphatic diamine having 4-6 methylene groups (component d) in such a way that total amount of the component c1 and the component c2 is 1-45mol% based on total amounts of the components a, b, c1, c2 and d, or an amount of the component c1 is 1-45mol% based on the total amount of the components a, b, and c1, or an amount of the component c2 is 1-45mol% based on total amount of the components a, c2, and d is blended with (B) 90-20wt% polyether ester unit consisting of poly(alkylene oxide) having 250-4,000 number- average molecular weight and 4-20C dicarboxylic acid.
