CONSTITUTION:A girder 6 movable in forward and backward directions along a running rail 5 which is provided in parallel with a hatch coaming 3 on a deck is provided. A mast 10, whose lower end is set in a hold 1, movable in right and left, and upward and downward directions along the girder 6 is provided. a pivoting arm 13 pivotable in the horizontal direction and an expanding and contracting arm 14 are provided on the lower end of the mast 10, and a fork, 19 pivotable in horizontal, and upward and downward directions is provided on the tip of the arm. It is possible to reduce the effect of oscillation of a hull due to waves etc. and to efficiently carry out the loading and unloading work in a refrigerated cargo carrier etc.
