PURPOSE:To form vivid copies by arranging a bag body consisting of elastic materials, in which a fluid such as air or the like is sealed, in a frame body of an original retaining cover and shielding completely a thick original such as a book or the like with the bag body. CONSTITUTION:A thick bag body 11 consisting of thick elastic materials is adhered to an original retaining part of a frame body 1 of the original retaining cover, and a thin bag body 12 consisting of thin elastic materials is arranged in the side chamber, and two bag bodies 11 and 12 are connected in one body, and air is sealed in them. Consequently, when an original such as a thick book or the like is retained on an original platen, air in the bag body 11 is flowed into the bag body 12, and the original is so covered that it is wrapped in the original retaining part, and the part around a part to be copied is shielded completely. Thus, corners are prevented from being blackened with an external light from the peripheral part to obtain vivid copies. |
