PURPOSE:To cool related metallic material quickly and prevent the continuous generation of the vapor of fuel by a method wherein a metallic member, connected directly to the fuel nozzle of metallic material, while the end face of the directly coupling side is exposed to a venturi port and provided with a fuel path therein, is accommodated in the main body of the carburettor. CONSTITUTION:The main body 1 of the carburettor is formed by plastic material and equipped with the venturi port 2 penetrating it into fore and back direction, a metering diaphragm 7, a rotary throttle valve 13, through which the venturi port 2 penetrates orthogonally, or the like. In such carburettor, the metallic member 20, connected directly to the fuel nozzle 15 of metallic material, the directly connecting side end face 18 is exposed to the venturi port 2 and provided with a fuel path 19 therein, is arranged in the main body 1 of the carburettor. According to this method, the fuel nozzle 15 and the directly connecting side end face 18 are cooled by the latent heat of evaporation of injected fuel, the fuel in the fuel path 19 is cooled quickly and the continuous generation of the vapor of the fuel may be prevented. The metallic seat 21 of an inflow valve 6 contacting with the metallic member 20 is also cooled by heat conduction and the continuous generation of the vapor of fuel may be reduced. |
