PURPOSE:To perform reliable operation without the occurrence of a trouble due to contact resistance of a stop switch, by installing a means for providing a signal which represents that a wiper motor is moved to a stop position when an operating signal representing the operating position of a wiper moter decays. CONSTITUTION:When a wiper motor 5 is started to run through energization, a moving contact 5a of a stop switch 6 makes contact with an operating position contact 5c after parting from a stop position contact 5b. When a wiper blade is operated by one full reciprocation by means of the wiper motor 5 and is about to return to a stop position, the moving contact parts from the operating contact 5c right before it makes contact with the stop position contact 15b. In a circuit package 7, a pull down resistor 12 is connected between the normally-opened contact of a relay 11 and earthing, and a terminal B of the resistor 12 is brought 12 is brought to a low level. By means of such signal, a flip flop 9 is immediately inverted to bring a set output into a low level, a transistor 10 and the relay 11 are de-energized to stop the rotation of the wiper motor 5. |
