PURPOSE:To monitor the state of printing easily by forming the front of a casing in an inclined plane, forming a printing-state monitor window to the inclined plane and providing the inside of the casing with a means forwarding printing paper to an upper section from a lower section along the inclined plane in the casing. CONSTITUTION:Printing paper 3 inserted from the lower section of the front of a casing 1 is forwarded by a tractor 9 to an oblique upper section along an inclined plane 1a in the casing 1, passes between a printing head 2 and a flat platen 8, and drawn out to the outside from the horizontal upper surface side of the casing 1. A window 7 is formed to the inclined plane 1a, and the printing head 2 is fitted toward an oblique lower section in the lower section of the upper edge section of the window 7. On the other hand, a motor in said tractor and an electric circuit 6 driving the printing head 2 are received in a lower space partitioned by printing paper 3 in the casing 1. |
