PURPOSE:To record the input data after buffering satisfactorily and converting it into a format although the input frequency of the input data varies at every frame timing, by switching the contents of the input data to another memory after reading them completely and reading them while other data are read out in case it is impossible to read out the contents of a memory within a fixed period of time. CONSTITUTION:A memory switch signal S6 is read out if no read data exists when the contents of each memory are read out and delivered continuously until the read/write signal of a memory is switched to an output signal S11 of a flip- flop FF5. The output of the FF5 is switched for every read frame switch signal S3 if an input end signal S1 and a memory switch signal S6 exist. While this switching of the output of the FF5 is not carried out in case the memory contains the read data more than the write data per frame. |
