摘要 Caramelised or sugar-glazed popcorn is produced by preparing a molten mixture of fat and sugar in a tank heated to about 250 DEG C and then adding the popcorn into this molten mixture until the popcorn pops. It is important that the fat or oil is always added into the tank before the sugar, since otherwise the sugar agglomerates.
