<p>PURPOSE:To inform assuredly a state change of a display dot of a free drawing mode to an operator by using a means which performs comparison between the states set before and after the operation of the display dot and a means which performs an external notification in response to the result of comparison. CONSTITUTION:A control part 16 extracts X0, Y0 and DOT2 out of a memory part 15 and rewrites the contents of the positions corresponding to X0 and Y0 of a dot refresh memory 12 to the contents of the DOT2 in order to display the results of operations in dots at the corresponding position of a CRT monitor 13. Then DOT1 and DOT2 are extracted out of the part 15, and the comparison is given between the states of display dots set before and after the operation. Then a state change of the dot, if detected, is informed aurally or visually to an operator via an external notification part 18 and by means of a buzzer, a lamp, etc. Then the part 16 shifts a cursor.</p> |
