TRIAZOLYL-KETONOXIME AND -DIOXIM, MANUFACTURE AND USE AS PLANT GROWTH REGULATOR

PURPOSE:To prevent aggregation of fats and oils in fume of rolling oil occurring during cold rolling of especially steel plate, by adding an aqueous solution of surface active agent to fume rolling oil (condensed solution) occurring during rolling of metal. CONSTITUTION:(B) An aqueous solution of a surface active agent preadjusted to an easily handleable concentration (e.g., 40-50wt%) is usually diluted with water, fed and brought into contact with (A) fume of rolling oil or its condensed solution by spraying or spraying under pressure to form a stable emulsion keeping flow properties in a condensation tank. One or more of an anionic and cationic surface active agents are used as the component B. An amount of it used is preferably 10-50wt% based on evaporated fats and oils of the component A when the component B is 40wt% aqueous solution.
