<p>PURPOSE:To prevent the generation of static electricity with papers by providing a conductive cover made of synthetic resin. CONSTITUTION:A paper container is provided with a paper cassette main body 11 opened on the upper side and a cover 13 to be in touch with and cover the uppermost layer of papers 12 contained in this paper cassette main body 11. The cover 13 is made of a dampproof, flexible, and conductive thin plate, and for example, composed by laying a reinforcing layer 18 made of polyester on the top of a cover main body 17 made of vinyl chloride added with conductive carbon to obtain about 10<8>-10<10>OMEGAcm volume resistivity. On both ends of the front side of the cover 13, gained parts 20 are provided to permit to keep down papers 12 by a paper catch of a preventive member from double sending of papers. This construction permits to remove mis-feeding and improve the reliability to send out papers.</p> |
