PURPOSE:To secure switching operation by holding a fitting pin inserted into the fitting hole of a connector by a chuck and inserting it to the fitting hole of a switching connector, and connecting the connector to the switching connector. CONSTITUTION:The fitting pin which is inserted into the fitting holes 15 of both connected connectors 11 and 12 is held by the chuck 18 and a positioning pin 16 is inserted into the fitting hole 15 of either connector and the fitting hole 15 of a switching connector 13. Then the fitting pin 14 held by the chuck 18 is extracted from the fitting hole 15 of the connector 12 and then the connector 11 or 12 and switching connector 13 are moved to put the connector 11 and switching connector 13 opposite each other; and the fitting pin 14 inserted into the fitting hole 15 of the connector 11 is held by the chuck 18 and pressed in the fitting hole 15 of the switching connector 13, and the connector 11 and switching connector 13 are connected. Consequently, the switching is securely and easily performed. |
