<p>PURPOSE:To accurately separate water and a microbe immobilizing carrier by providing a throttle part having a diameter smaller than that of a treating vessel on the treating vessel, furnishing a separation vessel having a diameter larger than that of the throttle part on the throttle part, and forming a gap between the lower end of a cylindrical partition in the separation vessel and the upper end of the throttle part. CONSTITUTION:When the water W treated in the treating vessel 1 and contg. bubbles A and the microbe immobilizing carrier 15 passes through the throttle part 2, the flow velocity is increased. When the water W reaches the lower part of the separation vessel 3 having the larger diameter than the throttle part 2, only the water W diffuses, passes through the gap between the throttle part 2 and the cylindrical partition 4 in the separation vessel 3, and flows along the inner surface of the separation vessel 3. At this time, the bubbles A and carrier 15 flows rectilinearly. As a result, the bubbles A and carrier 15 are rapidly and surely separated from the water W. Since the inside of the separation vessel 3 is separated by the partition 4 into inner and outer sections, the bubbles A and carrier 15 are surely separated from the water W.</p> |
