PURPOSE:To enable to perform a preferable speed servo in a simple structure by detecting the time of a coming servo pulse from a general-use time base, and detecting the period of the pulse by the value of time difference. CONSTITUTION:When a pulse is outputted from a pulse generator 3 provided on a rotational shaft, a counted value from a time base counter 10 is latched to a data latch circuit 11. An interrupt control signal is outputted from an interrput controller 18, and a central processor 14 inputs the counted value latched to the latch circuit 11. The processor 14 supplies the difference between the inputted counted value and the previously inputted counted value and the error from the set value through a PWM converter 19 to a motor 21. In this manner, the detection of the time can be performed by the independent time base from the servo, and the time base can be commonly used for a plurality of servos. |
