PURPOSE:To save energy required for operations as well as speed up the operations by using a system in which a cutter for draining material is attached to the tip of the guide of a mandrel, and the cutting of the draining material and the fitting of anchor plates are concurrently performed. CONSTITUTION:An auxiliary cylinder 2 and an auxiliary metal tool 8 for fitting anchor plates and cutting draining materials are operated, and the cutting of the draining materials 2 and the fitting of the anchor plate 16 are concurrently performed. An oil-pressure cylinder 5 for clamping the anchor plate 16 and draining materials, a cylinder 13 for regulating sides, and a cylinder 14 for fitting clips are operated, and the anchor plate 16 is attached with the draining material 12. The draining material 12 is then wound up and the anchor plate 16 is drawn out of the fitting metals 6 and 8. The draining material 12 is closely attached to the tip of the mandrel 1 by the anchor plate 16, and the mandrel 1 is driven to the draining material 12. |
