PURPOSE:To prevent the clogging due to stain on the surface of a roller by forming the surface of a cleaning roller for fixing which contacts to the surface of one roller of a heat roller and a press-contacting roller, in a shape of a brush, and also driving to rotate it. CONSTITUTION:The heat resistant fiber brush 11 of a total aromatic polyamide compound is provided vertically on the surface of a hollow mandrel 10. The heat resistant fiber brush 11 can be provided vertically to the mandrel 10 by the electrostatic adsorption and the adhesion by an epoxy compound adhesive agent, and as for the height of feather of the brush, 2-5mm is suitable, and also the size of the feather is about 10 deniers. A cleaning roller 12 is driven to rotate in the direction P or the direction Q. A mold releasing agent is coated to the surface of a heat roller by other means, and the cleaning roller 12 is allowed to contact with the surface of the press-contacting roller 2. In this way, the roller is stable for a long period, and its stain can be eliminated without causing the clogging. |
