PURPOSE:To perform efficient measurement, by performing judgment by using a luminance value in the vicinity of a radiation angle 75 deg. of a device. CONSTITUTION:A luminance value at a radiation angle 75 deg. is measured by a luminance detecting part 1. The measured value is converted into a voltage and transferred to a comparator 3. Voltages, which are set and stored in a luminance setting part 2 in correspondence with glare steps, are sequentially called to the comparator 3. The lowest voltage, which is higher than the output of the luminance detecting part 1, is selected and sent to an EPROM7. Meanwhile, a mean horizontal plane illuminance in a room is measured by an illuminance detecting part 4. The result is converted into a voltage, and it is sent to a comparator 6. Voltages, which are set and stored in an illuminance setting part 5 is correspondence with the range of the illuminance, are sequentially called to the comparator 6. The lowest voltage, which is higher than the output of the illuminance detecting part 4, is selected and sent to the EPROM7. In the EPROM7, the output of the comparator 3 and the output of the comparator 6 are combined and the quality class of the glare in the facility is determined. The signal is sent to a display part 8. |
