PURPOSE:To attain efficient control by starting the processing of the software instruction including the hardware control by a microprogram and starting a microprogram of an address preset at a prescribed point of time. CONSTITUTION:An instruction register 40 stores the software instruction and a control memory 80 stores the microprogram comprising plural words. An output of the control memory 80 is stored in a control register 90 and an output of the control register 90 controls an operation means 100. An output of the operation means 100 is stored in the instruction register 40. Further, an address register 130 and an FF 110 are controlled by an output of the control register 90 and a condition deciding means 120 sets the condition between the output of the FF 110 and the output of the control register 130. A selecting means 70 is controlled by the output of the condition deciding means 120 so as to start the microprogram of the address stored in the address register 130.
