PURPOSE:To improve operatability as well as to make vertical size shorter, by installing such a rotary valve disc that makes its shaft center orthogonal with a stream of water and has both stop and flow parts, inside a case. CONSTITUTION:A feed water pipe connecting part 2, a direct discharge opening part 4 and a sprinkling opening part 5 are all installed in a case 1, while a rotary valve disc 16 provided with a stop part 29 closing the feed water connecting part 2 and a flow part 30 interconnecting the said connecting part 2 to either the direct discharge opening part 4 or the sprinkling opening part 5 is rotatably installed in the case 1. With this constitution, selection of stopping, direct discharging and sprinkling can be done dependent upon a rotation position of the rotary valve disc 16. Therefore, not only operatability is made so better but also the vertical size of a water tap can be yet more shortened. |
