PURPOSE:To obtain an amino resin useful as wiring tools, electrical equipments, etc. with economized heat energy in improved productivity, by reacting an amino compound with formalin in a specific ratio. CONSTITUTION:An amino compound (e.g., urea, melamine, guanamine, etc.) is reacted with 40-50wt% formalin in the presence of a catalyst (e.g., hexamethylenetetramine, ammonia water, NaOH, etc.) to give the desired resin.
