PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an antistatic composition which has an excellent heat stability, does not cause bleeding, blooming and contamination by migration, exhibits an early effect without being influenced by temperature, is free from the deterioration of physical properties and has a sustainable antistaticity and a molding using the composition. SOLUTION: The antistatic polymer composition comprises (A) an alkaline metal salt in which a nitrogen onium cation and an alkaline metal cation at a ratio of 1:1 form a salt with a sulfate anion and at least (B) one kind of polymer and/or elastomer.
