THE PLASMA DISPLAY PANEL AND METHOD OF MANUFACTURING THEREOF

A plasma display panel and a method for manufacturing the same are provided to prevent a substrate from being damaged due to deterioration of phosphor by forming address electrodes on a front panel. A plasma display panel includes address electrodes(502) formed on a front glass substrate(501), a first upper dielectric layer(503) covering the address electrode, scan electrodes(504) and sustain electrodes(505) formed on the dielectric layer, and a second upper dielectric layer(506) covering the scan electrode and the sustain electrode. The address electrodes are formed to correspond to each of scan electrodes and sustain electrodes. The address electrode has a width narrower than that of the scan electrode and sustain electrode. The scan electrode and the sustain electrode are made of a metal electrode.
