A tire vulcanizing mold and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to reduce a heating cost and improve productivity of a tire by rapidly heating the tire. In a tire vulcanizing mold, a segment(3) is installed in a container(1). A mold(4) is installed in the segment and has a heating pipe(7). A bladder(6) is installed inside of the mold. A heating medium directly heats the mold by forming a heating space in a sector placed nearest to a crown of the tire among a plurality of sectors constituting the mold. It is preferable that the heating pipe is formed inside of the mold in forming the heating space at the mold. And also, it is preferable that the heating tube is a copper pipe.
