PURPOSE:To enable to accurately electromechanically transfer without production of line of magnetic force with less power consumption by disposing a high molecular bimorph in contact with a rotor at part of one period of vibration and driving or controlling to operate the rotor in contact with the rotor. CONSTITUTION:When an AC voltage is applied to a high molecular bimorph 101, the bimorph 101 is alternately vibrated in bending in left upward and right downward with the extending direction 105 as a reference at the stationary time. A rotor 104 upon vibrating in bending is rotated in a direction of an arrow. An angle theta for forming the extension surface 105 and the central axis 102 of securing the rotor at the stationary time is increased, the distance between the free line 106 of the bimorph and the rotor 104 is suitably selected, and then the rotating direction of the rotor 104 is set reversely to the drawing.
