PURPOSE:To carry efficiently a toner to a toner containing part by using a low friction material for a toner removing member provided on a roller for receiving a toner separated from a surface to be cleaned by a cleaning means, and feeding it to the toner containing part. CONSTITUTION:A guide roller 13a is used as a toner carrying member for receiving a toner 14 separated from a surface to be cleaned, by a cleaning means such as a cleaning blade 12, etc. and feeding it to a toner containing part 15, and a low friction material is used as a removing (scraping) member for removing the toner 14 on a roller 13a. By using a low friction material for such a scraping plate 13b, the frictional resistance of the roller 13a is reduced remarkably. Also, the durability of both 13a, 13b becomes good, the rotational load of the roller 13a is reduced, its operation becomes smooth, and the scraping effect is raised. Also, by forming the tip of the scraping plate in the shape of a semicircle 13c1, the frictional resistance to the roller 13a is further reduced. In this way, a stable cleaning function is obtained. |
