PURPOSE:To improve the accuracy by controlling the synchronization of a master side inverter and a slave side inverter at the output frequency set altering time by timer means and calculating means, thereby suppressing the error to the minimum limit at the followup control time. CONSTITUTION:Voltage side transistor inverters 1d, 2d are controlled by master side and slave side microcomputers 3, 4 in master side and slave side inverter devices 1, 2. The microcomputers 3, 4 respectively have inverter I/O interfaces 3a, 4a, operation panel interfaces 3b, 4b, RAMs 3c, 4c for storing data of inverter output frequency, ROMs 3d, 4d for storing software program for controlling the inverters, and muCPUs 3e, 4e having timer means for processing the data, and control while holding the cooperating states of the inverter devices 1, 2. |
