PURPOSE:To permit highly accurate control of flow amount or pressure by a method wherein the digital valve is operated by the remote control effected by outputting the pulse signal of manual operation. CONSTITUTION:When the digital valve 16 for flow amount control is to be opened, a manual switch 12 is operated by ON operation by the number of operation corresponding to a preset opening degree. According to this operation, CW pulse is outputted to a pulse motor driver 15 pulse by pulse and the pulse motor 17 of the digital valve 16 is driven to rotate into the direction to open a variable choke 18 step by step. When the flow amount is to be choked, the ON operation of the manual switch 13 of the remove control 10 is effected by necessary number of operations, then, the CCW pulse is supplied to the pulse motor driver 15 pulse by pulse and the pulse motor 17 is driven to rotate into the direction of closing the variable choke 18 step by step. |
