PURPOSE:To reduce the numbers of processes for fabricating a recording head, by a method wherein a liquid chamber constituting member fixes a part of a signal wire to a base board and covers the residual part thereof while a part thereof has an inlay part with a part of the other member for constituting a recording head at one place or more. CONSTITUTION:A liquid chamber constituting member 203 is extended to be used as the protective member of a signal wire 204 and the press member thereof and the trailing end part thereof is made longer than a base board 206 while the liquid chamber constituting member 203 contacted with the base board side is inlaid with the end part of the side of the base board 206. That is, the liquid chamber constituting member 203 has functions as the signal wire protecting member, the signal wire press member and the position determining jig of the liquid chamber constituting member in a conventional recording head. Therefore, not only a recording head fabricating process becomes easy in the positional determination of the liquid chamber constituting member as compared with a conventional one but also the numbers of processes are reduced and the control of the recording head fabricating process becomes easy. |
