PURPOSE:To obtain economically a product having high quality with high working efficiency by constituting a titled device in which a wire drawing machine, a roll forming mill, an annealing machine and a baking finish machine are disposed on the same line and are controlled in a way as to attain respectively specified linear speeds. CONSTITUTION:A device for producing a ribbon wire consists of a wire drawing machine 1, a roll forming mill 2, an annealing machine 3 and a baking finish machine 4 which are disposed on the same line. A round wire-shaped blank material 6a is drawn to a round wire rod 6b having a required wire diameter by the machine 1 provided with a pair of cones 7, 8 of such device. The wire rod is then passed through the machine 2 provided with roll forming rolls 12, 13 through a wiper 11, by which a ribbon-shaped flat wire rod 6c having a required width and thickness is obtd. The flat wire rod is softened by annealing with the machine 3 and thereafter an insulating paint such as varnish is coated thereon in the coating section 16 of the machine 4. The coating is baked in a baking stove 17, and a ribbon wire product 6e is coiled via take capstan 18. The driving motors Ma-c for said capstan 18, the roll 13, the cone 8, etc. are controlled in a way as to attain respectively specified linear speeds. |
