PURPOSE:To reduce a shell vibration area of a roll structure by a method wherein the roll structure is formed by a rotating outer cylinder and a non- rotating inner cylinder and the outer cylinder is supported in the inner cylinder through a bearing etc. except the part where the workpiece plate is pressed. CONSTITUTION:A lower roll 12 forcedly contacted with an upper roll 11 and rotated for forming, manufacturing and transporting a workpiece plate 13 between the upper roll and the lower roll is composed of a rotating outer cylinder 14 and a non-rotating inner cylinder 15. The part of a circumference of the outer cylinder 14 contacting with a roll 11 in the outer cylinder 14 except about 1/100-1/2 thereof is supported in the inner cylinder 15 by plane bearing etc. Therefore, the part in the outer cylinder 14 of the roll 12 supported by the inner cylinder 15 is restricted for its shell vibration and thus the vibration area of the roll 12 is reduced. |
