MIXING PROCESS OF POWDER/PARTICLE MIXTURE

PURPOSE:To perform uniform mixing by eliminating uneven distribution of powder component by forcibly dispersing powder-particle mixture in a falling stream with a plural eaves projecting from a feeding port with an interval and a length reaching to almost the central part of the falling stream. CONSTITUTION:An appropriate amt. of enriched rice 10 which has passed through a flow rate controlling plate 23 is discharged from a feeding port 20 of a chute 21 while polished rice 5 is flowed down from the outlet 7 of a hopper 1. The enriched rice 10 is mixed with the polished rice 5 flowed down through the outside peripheral zone of the flowing down stream 12 corresponding to the part of the feeding port where no eaves 24 is disposed, and the polished rice 5 flowed down onto the eaves 24 is dispersed on the upper surface of the eaves 24 and separated to right and left W. The enriched rice 10 discharged from the feeding port reaches the central zone X of the flowing down stream 12 and is combined with the separated streams of the polished rice 5. The mixing is prompted by this way.
