发明名称 CALIPER SUPPORTING STRUCTURE OF DISC BRAKE DEVICE
摘要 <p>PURPOSE:To contrive to reduce the number of parts by a method wherein a caliper is slidably supported via a sliding pin member for a bracket which is integrally provided with a front fork, in a floating caliper type disc brake device for a motor cycle. CONSTITUTION:A bracket 4 provided with a pair of, an upper and a lower, openings 4a, 4b is protruded on a rear part of a lower end part of a front fork 1 of a motor cycle, a caliper 10 is fitted to the bracket with pin bolts 7, 8 which are slidably engaged with openings 4a, 4b. The caliper 10 is provided with a stay 12a which integrally formed of a main body part 12 of a body 11, the pin bolts 7, 8 are screwed into tapped holes 12b, 12c of the stay 12a. The pin bolt 7 is engaged with a circlip 7a on the end thereof, a small chamber R having a size which allows the movement of the circlip 7a is provided on the bracket 4 for the space where the end part of the pin bolt is made to be located, the small chamber R is covered by screwing of a cap 4A.</p>
