<p>To eliminate the torch cutting fraze of a metal product, particularly of a continuous casting slab, a separation surface is created between said fraze and the product surface, either by sudden cooling by means of a coolent or by depositing on the surface an anti-adhering substance. The sudden cooling causes the cracking of the adherence area while the anti-adhering substance forms a barrier, particularly a thermal barrier between the fraze and the product. </p> |
