PURPOSE:To produce continuously and efficiently a spot-like partially clad material by press sticking a clad metal onto a base metal only in the parts facing the spot-like apertures of a mask tape. CONSTITUTION:A base metal 1, a clad metal 3 and a mask metal 2 are respectively unrolled. The tape 2 is inserted between the metal 1 and the metal 3 and are passed between rolling and press sticking rolls 4 and 5. The tape 2 is preliminarily provided with the spot-like apertures 10 conforming to the shape of the clad parts of a partially clad material at every specified interval. Then the metal 3 is press stuck on the metal 1 only in the parts facing the apertures 10 of the tape 2 and the other un-press stuck parts are taken up and recovered together with the tape 6 after the rolling on a take-up reel 9. |
