PURPOSE:To contrive to miniaturize the titled device and decrease the weight by installing thyristors between each of a plurality of heat sinks, and providing a blower at the end part thereof. CONSTITUTION:Metallic heat sinks F1-F6 are arranged between fixed fittings 3a and 3b at fixed intervals, and thyristors S1-S6 are arranged therebetween. Besides, insulation spacers 4 are inserted between the heat sinks F1-F6 without the arrangement of the thyristors S1-S6. Further, a casing having a plurality of venting holes 10 and the blower 11 is installed over the heat sinks F1-F6. Thus, cooling air supplied by the blower 11 is diffused, thus enabling extremely efficient cooling. Therefore, the stack and the whole apparatus can be contrived to be miniaturized and decreased in weight. |
