PURPOSE:To provide the titled compsn. which is easy to handle and whose effect can be kept over a long period of time, by using a copolymer contg. a reagent having insecticidal activity, germicidal activity and vermin repellency as a binder. CONSTITUTION:0.05-15pts.wt. reagent having insecticidal activity, germicidal activity and vermin repellency, such as p-dichlorobenzene, is dissolved in 100pts. wt. at least one copolymerizable monomer component selected from among conjugated dienes, arom. alkenyl compds., vinyl cyanide, alkyl esters of unsaturated carboxylic acids unsaturated vinyl bond-contg. monomers, etc. The mixture is emulsion-polymerized or suspension-polymerized to obtain a copolymer which is then used as a binder. USE:Adhesive, binder for carpet backing, coated paper, paints, etc.
