PURPOSE:To apply stably a recharging current independently of the duty ratio of a refresh pulse by providing a holding circuit responding respectively to a refresh pulse and an inverted refresh pulse. CONSTITUTION:A recharging current is applied to a node 2 of a holding circuit 12 being at the level of a bootstrap voltage by a driver circuit 11 via an MOS capacitor 10 of the circuit 12 responding to a refresh pulse phi, a charging transistor (TR)7 and a TR9 or the like. Further, a recharging current is supplied to the node 2 by a holding circuit 17 responding to an inverted refresh pulse phi', the recharging capability is made constant independently of the duty ratio of the refresh pulse or the like and the node potential is kept to a constant value for a long time. |
