Element for the production of a floor heating or cooling apparatus

This element serves for the production of floor heating or cooling apparatuses which have conduits (8), and it consists of a support plate (1) and either of clamps to receive conduits (8) and/or of numerous conduits (8) arranged at least partially engaging into the support plate (1). These support plates (1) can be placed directly on a concrete floor (7), and they are provided on their upper side with a flooring (9) for the production of a flat surface for the floor covering (10). A high degree of heat and sound insulation and also of compliance with vibrations can be achieved by a suitable choice of the material for the support plate (1).
