PURPOSE:To realize a minute hysteresis voltage with high accuracy by amplifying an AC signal applied to an input terminal with a hysteresis width equal to a change in a forward voltage of a diode connected to a non-inverting input. CONSTITUTION:The circuit is constituted that the change in a forward voltage of a diode D2 is fed back positively to a differential amplifier 4 by changing a current value I1 of a current source 5 more or less than a current value I0 of a current source 6 depending on a state of an output 2 of the differential amplifier 4. A hysteresis width is obtained with a center of a voltage VB at a point B to an inverting input (-) from a voltage change in a voltage VA of a point A obtained by the constitution in this way. |
