<p>PURPOSE:To facilitate the manufacture of a metallic mesh body as a cover plate material, by coupling many small metallic bodies, which each have a main plate and leg pieces made by punching a metallic thin plate, with ring bodies, and forming a successively bound body connected in a mesh shape. CONSTITUTION:Four leg pieces A'' of a small metallic piece A having a main plate A' and four legs 1'' are inserted into four corresponding hole of a single- body array plate 1 perforated in a constant shape. Then, the leg pieces A'' are extrracted downward by being sucked by a suction disk by decompressed air and the suction disk sucking the small single-body piece A is moved onto the ring array plate. After the suction disk is released, a cloth material is provided over a group of small single-body pieces A. The cloth material is coupled with the ring bodies B and single bodies A and then turned over, and the ring bodies are held by using dish-hole type leg bending plates by depressing dish holes in a prescribed shape on the reverse side, thus successively binding a metallic mesh body lined with the cloth material.</p> |
