<p>PURPOSE:To regenerate an aq. CaCl2 soln. and to recycle the same as liquid for removing fluorine-contg. component, by treating waste gas contg. fluorine-contg. component with the CaCl2 soln. to deposit fluorine as CaF2 in an absorption column and adding converter slag to the treated liquid contg. Cl ions. CONSTITUTION:Industrial waste gas 2 contg. F-contg. component is supplied into an absorption column 1, and is brought into contact with an aq. CaCl2 soln. of 4-5.5pH to deposit the F incorporated therein as CaF2. The gas removed of fluorine-contg. component is released as treated gas 3, and treated liquid 4 is supplied into a tank 5, where powder 6 of converter slag, industrial water 8 and if necessary HCl7 are added thereto to regenerate the CaCl2. The liquid is separated of residual cake 10 in a solid-liquid separator 9, whereafter filtrate 11 is put into a filtrate tank 12 and is again circulated to the column 1 by a pump 13 and is cyclically used as the treating liquid for removing fluorine-contg. component.</p> |
