PURPOSE:To eliminate simply a peak due to SSB by twice measuring by obtaining one spectrum by a spin-echo method out of two spectra in which the peak due to spinning side band (SSB) is to be eliminated with the addition. CONSTITUTION:High frequency waves for <1>H and 13C nuclei are supplied to an NMR probe 1 from oscillators 2, 3 through gate circuits 4, 5 and power amplifiers 6, 7 and are radiated to a sample. The detected signal from the NMR probe obtained basing on high frequency wave pulse radiation is supplied to a recovery device 10 through an amplifier 9 and the spin-echo signal is obtained. The obtained echo signal is stored in a memory 13. The spectrum obtained firstly and that obtained by second measurement are added by a computer 12 to obtain the spin-echo signal in which the peak due to SSB is removed. |
