发明名称 ACCESS CONTROL METHOD FOR ACTUATOR
摘要 PURPOSE:To eliminate the mutual interference of vibrations among plural actuators by using the drive current of a trapezoidal wave. CONSTITUTION:A trapezoidal drive signal generating circuit 16 consists of a microprocessor, etc. and produces the trapezoidal acceleration/deceleration drive signals having the same form and polarities opposite to each other in accordance with the access distance. A speed follow-up control circuit 19 works concurrently with the circuit 16 to produce the drive signal that secures the follow-up to the deceleration reference speed profile. When the signal of the circuit 16 is large, the drive signal is switched by a drive signal switching circuit 20. Thus the feedback speed control is carried out. A position follow-up control circuit 21 works in place of the circuit 19 to produce the drive signal that makes an actuator follow the target position by the feedback speed control when the actuator reaches the target position. Thus it is possible to suppress the drive force component near the mechanism resonance frequency that causes the deviation of the head position due to the mutual interference of vibrations. This attains the positioning control at a low level of electric power and with high accuracy.
