PURPOSE:To secure a prescribed track trace function by controlling the running of a tape so that it is pressed to a lead and a running position is controlled, and making the tape run stably along the lead of a cylinder. CONSTITUTION:A cylinder 1 is rotated round an axis X-X' which passes through the vicinity of inlet and outlet ends B1, B2 of a lead 1c and is parallel to a reference face 7 in a geometrical design, and is inclined by a prescribed angle theta in the direction as indicated with an arrow (b). The inclined direction is shifted to the X'-X direction from the initial direction (a). Accordingly, in the entry side and the discharge side, a tape 6 has an angle of elevation against the lead. Subsequently, 1-a shows a cylinder by a geometrical design, and 1-b shows a cylinder determined basing on said cylinder installation method. The lead 1c-b makes a crossing angle theta1 with the lead 1c-a. The tape goes in from the direction making an angle of elevation theta1 against the lead 1c-b, and a guide roll 4 presses the tape against the surface of the lead 1c-b, and controls its running. In the discahrge side, too, the tape goes out in the direction of an angle of elevation theta2, is controlled so as to run along the lead 1c-b to run stably. |
