PURPOSE:To obtain a large current value, by forming a thick film pattern made of a photosensitive resin on a conductive substrate, electrodepositing a conductor on the pattern, removing the substrate, and forming a thick film fine pattern conductor having an almost rectangular section, and high height/width ratio. CONSTITUTION:A conductive substrate 3 made of aluminum or the like is coated with a photosensitive resin layer 5 contg. an unsatd. polyester having ethylenically unsatd. groups, an ethylenically unsatd. groups, an ethylenically unsatd. monomer, and a photopolymn. initiator having small light absorption in an excitation wavelength region, and the layer 5 is brought into contact with a mask 6 having a necessary pattern by the medium of a polypropylene film 9, and a thick film pattern 4 is obtained by exposing 7 the layer 5, and developing 8 it to remove the unexposed parts. Next, a conductor of Cu or the like is electrodeposited to the exposed substrate 3, a polyimide film 12 or the like is stuck by using an adhesive superior in heat and moisture resistance, the substrate 3 is removed by etching, and further, the pattern 4 is removed to obtain a rectangular pattern conductor 10 having 5-200mum width, >=10mum intervals between each relief, and <=1/1.5 width/height ratio, thus obtaining a large current value with a high density wiring. |
