PURPOSE:To raise the efficiency of a processing function of a CPU, by providing a processing device which is connected to an input/output port, reads in input data from its input/output port, and processes it. CONSTITUTION:A bit data from a memory device 22 is outputted to an input/ output port 23 through a data bus 24, and is outputted to a bit word converting device 25 through a data bus 26. The device 25 converts it to a word, outputs it to the port 23 through the bus 26, and outputs it to a CPU 21 through the data bus 24. The CPU 21 reads out successively the bit data converted to a word, by which the bit word conversion is completed. Subsequently, a command from the CPU 21 is outputted to the memory device 22 through the data bus 24, and the device 22 executes an instruction stored in its inside. |
